The coolest gadget to drop so far this year is the UK concieved and born Pacemaker. This is a personal, hand held DJ system. Anyone can be their own Paul Oakenfold. Upload and mix beats, it’s turn tables and a mixer all in one small device. You know you want one but good luck geting your hands on it. They were available for pre order back in December ‘07 and the first shipment arrived in March with overwhelming response.

The last thing on anyone’s mind cruising around Lima is snow, let alone Forum Snowboards which, FYI,  was purchased by Burton Snowboards years back. Looking up at a billboard with the Forum “F” was quite a surprise. I wonder if Jake Burton is aware of the Saga Falabella department store rocking the same symbol as one of their monopolized snowboard companies.
