Yeah Tom! Here’s a look at the new ad campaign for Tom Ford’s men’s fragrances. Yes, sexy but will it make any of the men who will actually buy this stuff want to wear it? Maybe it should have been placed between a man’s _______!
Men the look is shants. Short pants. High waters. I’m not going there with capris, they’re not that lame. But yes, if you want to rock with your hipster friends, you’ll be wearing this. As seen on runways of Fall’07 lines, the look is spilling into Spring ‘08 lines. I’m a fan. Hike ‘em up boys and rock out with your socks out!
As for the shoes. These are the Louis Vuitton Sapatu Richelieu in textile. These will run you about $600 but stores like Urban Outfitters have them for much, much cheaper.

Adidas have re-designed the EQT B-Ball shoe with the help of Robot Films. It’s part of a new “Remix” collection. This shoe is made with some crazy fabric that makes it turn all white in the dark so you don’t trip all over yourself. Limited edition. Only 500 pairs. $150 retail, $ right nut Ebay.
Paul Smith is one of my favorite men’s fashion designers right now. Here’s a look from his spring ‘08 line. Boys should rock more colors and not just the sneaker heads, they have that shit on lockdown. He looks like sherbert. Everyone screams for sherbert!
Check these crazy sandals?shoes?2nd skins? from Vibram. They’re called the FiveFingers sandals and they act like a second skin to offer gecko-like grip over a variety of terrain. It protects bare feet from rocks, gravel, and sharp objects. And it promotes a natural walking motion, reducing impact on your knees, hips, and lower back. These are crazy looking. I wonder if they give you like Spider Man type powers with the gecko grip. That’d be worth the $70 bucks.
Headwear is so “In” right now. This by Comme des Garçons is fabulous. But has anyone seen Mickey? I want to make sure this fab designer didn’t go Hanibal on him.
